Here's the obligatory "go Eagles." Not that I am exactly a football fan, and I could usually care less about the Superbowl, and it's true I was a New Englander longer than I've been a Philadelphian.
But the Philadelphia fans are so darn pathetic. I want the Eagles to win so they can just get OVER it already, and because they would just be too damn depressing if they lost.
In other news. I'm 90% sure Libby is in heat. No, I am not an irresponsible cat owner; she was scheduled to be spayed two weeks ago, but I canceled it when she got sick since anesthesia and a compromised immune system don't mix that well. Her follow-up appointment is tomorrow, and I'd been planning to get the ok to reschedule her spaying then. Now there is zero chance I'll forget. My usually sweet, mellow kitty is presently downright obnoxious. Not that I can really blame her; I think I'd be pretty unhappy if I were 24/7 horny too.
