It's hot again! Why? And after all that nice cool rainy weather. God I HATE summer. I just want autumn, eight months of it please, then maybe a month of winter where it lightly snows every day but never accumulates more than three inches, and then three months of spring and then fall can start again. If anyone knows where I can find such a climate let me know, thanks.
Worse, the rain followed by all this damnable sun has the ragweed all happy and allergy-inducing, and me decidedly *un*happy and sneezing and itchy.
Through no fault of my own, I swear, it's totally Bravo's fault for showing the whole season all at once, I'm a teensy bit hooked on Project Runway. Though my loyalties to the show are totally dependent on Michael winning because he is brilliant and I adore him beyond reason.
I mean, come on. He:
* Loves his mama, and is man enough to own it.
* Is a male African-American fashion designer! And has not let himself be boxed & dismissed as angry or queeny or any of the other stereotypes black men on reality shows usually get stuck in.
* Has yet to be anything but down to earth and modest.
* Makes awesome clothes. And they aren't even my style. And he doesn't just recycle the same look over and over the way most of them do; he always embraces the challenge and goes for it.
* There are way too many things to love about him to finish this list.
