sewing!
So, about a month ago I bought a sewing machine with my Christmas money - nothing fancy, just the most basic Kenmore model available. In my limited spare time I've been reading about sewing and practicing things like sewing straight lines, since my sewing skills never graduated beyond completely basic (though I'm not a total novice - I used my mom's sewing machine when I was in high school, just not, you know, properly).
Anyway, I finally finished an actual project.
Somehow, I've been a tea drinker for years and never got around to acquiring a tea cosy. Well, I am tea cosy-less no more!
