At least it didn't go out on Monday at 9pm. Things could be worse.

Indeed. And, *points to later post indicating restored state of cable.*

The crappy reception I mention there did, however, make an appearance during Heroes, for about a total of 10 minutes, and it was very annoying. It was very much like what the reception used to be for FOX/channel 68 when we used to live on Hawk Rd. - remember that? Not pretty. *fondly recalls trying to watch the x-files in its dimly-lit glory under such conditions* Oh times, how you have changed (and consequently spoiled the hell out me).

OhnoohnoOHNO!

*huggles you tightly*

That's horrible. Awful. Terrifying. Our internet alone went out on Saturday, and I nearly had a meltdown. Yeargh!

If you did miss some crucial shows, the good news is that they are often available for viewing/download online. Let me know if you absolutely positively need a fix for show X RIGHTTHEHECKNOW and I'll see if I can hook you up.

In solidarity,
Otter
