today's accomplishment
I made applesauce! I don't know, it seemed like an appropriately autumnal activity.
And it was easy! Well okay, peeling and slicing eight apples took an embarrassingly long time and gave me a hand cramp. But the rest of it was easy.
It looks like a whole lot of apple when you start:
But pretty soon it starts to look like this:
And then this:
And then finally you add the sugar and cinnamon and it looks like this:
I put some in a pretty dish when I was ready to eat:
Homemade applesauce, delicious! Look at me I'm practically domestic.
It's almost Halloween, EVERYBODY SCREAM!
