I woke at 6:15, needing to pee. Immediately I was nervous, panicked really, as I heard the steady drip drip drip from the sky.
The kids are supposed to have Olympic events today, see. Which meant FREE DAY for me. To hide and read and be otherwise unhelpful. If it RAINS all day, this is shot.
It's been a miserable week. I am bleeding and overemotional. It was humid and hot and icky. Blather.
The rain is on pause for now. Please stay that way. Pleasepleaseplease.
